    Yes. There is a Panic button in the App. When a staff requires help in an emergency, he/she just needs to click the Panic button. The admin immediately receives an alert notification along with the staff’s name, exact location and time, and can provide the necessary assistance promptly.
  • Does Line 46 work only with internet connectivity?
    No. Line 46 does not require internet connectivity for most of its functioning. But twice a day, for at least 30 seconds each, the App must be connected to the internet. Once, in the morning, when the staff logs in so that he can view the day’s duties assigned to him and again, at the end of the day, to update the status of all those duties. At all other times, the App works well without internet.

  • While using the Staff App, the employees have to provide their personal details like email ID, phone number, photo gallery. Can there be a privacy breach of such data?
    No. Our product doesn’t use any such data. It just links a staff’s location, time and performance to derive results. When a staff clicks pictures (e.g. of the site, document, signature etc), if he has internet connectivity, the image automatically gets sent to the Administrator. If he doesn’t have internet connectivity, those images get stored temporarily in the App ONLY, and get sent once he is connected. The product neither collects personal data nor does it have un authorized access to the Photo Gallery. So there will be no breach in the private data of the staff.
  • How to use the Staff App effectively?
    1. The App will work on all Android phones with 5.0 Lollipop versions and above. 2. If a staff’s phone has an Android version lower than Lollipop, you may require some technical assistance. Kindly contact the customer care for it. 3. The Staff app only works with internet. Try and ensure the staff’s mobile is always connected to the internet. 4. Once the staff logs in to the App, he will be continuously tracked. His current location along with the time can be viewed on the administrator’s account. 5. After recording their daily expenses, field staff must open the Expense List and ensure that they are submitted. 6. When a staff launches the App on his phone, he will see 6 main links – Appointments, Checklist, Work Reports, Expenses, Data Collection and Board. There are 5 sub menus for the Board link. He must first open the Appointments link, which shows the list of appointments that the staff has to attend on that day. When he arrives at the location of the first appointment, he must check-in. This is done by opening the App and clicking on the red button showing ‘Start Process’ displayed at the end of the details of the first appointment. The button immediately changes to a blue colour and now shows ‘Processing.’ Once the discussion/appointment is completed, the staff must click the ‘Processing’ button which opens up a type pad. Here, either the customer may be requested to digitally sign, or the staff may himself sign on the App. Upon updating the signature, the ‘Processing’ button then changes to a dark green ‘Completed’ button. The different colors help staff easily identify which of their tasks are pending, which are under process and which ones are completed. The staff must update the expense on the App as and when he incurs them. The time of expense submission, whether instant or delayed, will be factored in while assessing his intelligence score.
